I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff who worked on the above orders of which I received back today.
This was another massive job that not only was done perfectly but done in a highly professional manner. All boxes were labeled easily so we could start our “assembly line” of putting the bid packages together. It is EXTREMELY helpful to us when timing is of the essence, that we don’t have to worry about going through thousands of drawings trying to figure out what is what.
Please pass this email on to everyone who worked on these orders and convey our appreciation for another excellent job.

Dear Corey (and Barry):
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your work yesterday. This is the first time I've utilized your services, and I must say I was quite impressed and pleased.
I didn't think that you would be able to provide us with a scanned PDF of the site plan we had mounted on foam core yesterday within such a short timeframe, but you did it! Not only that, but you also made 20 color copies for us, and all with a courteous and friendly attitude. Because of you, we had what we needed for our meeting yesterday evening.
I will definitely keep you in mind for future jobs. Keep up the good work and thank you once again for delivering what you promised!

Hi Myron,
It was nice to meet you last night at the USGBC meeting.
I believe I saw you at the Mesa location while I was standing in the color repro back room ordering some prints. I am a commercial real estate consultant, and have a very small personal property I am developing that has two green buildings planned.
Scott Blue actually did a great job for me, and I will certainly use the services again. Both Tod and Dan were very professional and helpful.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what an outstanding job Terry Valasques has done for us here at Lennar. Terry has recently been transferred from your Tempe location to your Cave Creek location. I have been working with Terry for quite some time. I have dealt with several reprographic companies over the years, and Scottblue has become my company of choice. While it usually takes several reprographic companies to keep up with the work that I require in the time that I need it done, Terry has managed to somehow always complete my orders on time, EVERY time. I have gone from using 3 reprographic companies, to using just Scottblue. She has went above and beyond to complete extremely large orders in a short time. It has just been such a pleasure working with Terry and it was hard to see her leave your Tempe location which is where I place all my orders. I wish Terry the best with her move and hope that her hard work and dedication to your company does not go unnoticed. Hard working, dedicated employees are hard to come by any more, but I can assure you that you have one. Thank you Terry, and good luck to all of us here at Lennar.
