I wanted to let you how pleased I am and the office is with your outfit and team.
It is 5:12 and this is not the first time that drawings have been delivered after hours to help us make a deadline or submittal the following day. Your team is always pleasant and helpful on the phone and honest weather it’s what I want to hear or not. Barry N. was the gentleman that just dropped off the drawings and Chris W. called to make sure we were going to be here later to get the drawings. That is a stand up team! I believe that the other gentleman that delivers during the day is Bob. My apologies if that is incorrect. I would like to pass on that he is always polite and friendly when he is in the office and very professional.

ScottBlue also is our one and only courier service. Needless to say, they provide outstanding service, quility control, and customer care. BWS Architects has used the service of Scott Blue almost exclusively for the last five years. They are reliable, prompt and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. We have utilized their large scale plotting services for construction documents, standard document printing, and special color printing both large and standard scale for marketing purposes and their digital transfer services. We often need complex projects completed on very short notice and they work diligently to meet these challenging deadlines. I just want to thank whoever processed Order # -------- for me yesterday and/or this morning. It could’ve been a confusing order but it came back perfectly and 5 ½ hours early. The invoice says it was opened by Conrad so maybe he’s the appropriate person to receive the thanks.
Either way, I know incorrect orders get most of the attention so I want to pass along some thanks.

I am Diane , Estimating Coordinator for Rummel Construction, Inc. and I wanted to take the time to let you know how happy we are with your services. From the first contact with Dwight setting us up with Barry and the Scottsdale store it has been professionalism above and beyond normal service. They go out of their way to meet our orders no matter what it takes; I know that Barry himself has worked well past hours to make sure this is done. I am changing over more and more of our needs to your company due to the way we are treated and the service offered. In addition to ordering plans, etc from you we have ordered mounted core boards, Kip and Cannon plotter supplies and will look into you taking our service contract when it renews. We are checked with in a nice regular manner without being overbearing and I really like that.
Also the recycle pickups are working well and another way that Scott Blue is offering more useful services to your clients.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff who worked on the above orders of which I received back today.
This was another massive job that not only was done perfectly but done in a highly professional manner. All boxes were labeled easily so we could start our “assembly line” of putting the bid packages together. It is EXTREMELY helpful to us when timing is of the essence, that we don’t have to worry about going through thousands of drawings trying to figure out what is what.

I didn't think that you would be able to provide us with a scanned PDF of the site plan we had mounted on foam core yesterday within such a short timeframe, but you did it! Not only that, but you also made 20 color copies for us, and all with a courteous and friendly attitude. Because of you, we had what we needed for our meeting yesterday evening.
